
What is Person Centred Therapy?
Provides a safe reflective space to explore what matters most to you. My role is not to diagnose, analyse or give advice, but so you can be heard, understood and supported through life’s challenges and gain a better understanding of your thought and feelings. I work in a trauma informed way.
What can you expect?
You can expect a warm, friendly welcome. Sessions are 1-1 online or in person.

When are sessions available?
Online sessions are available Monday – Friday until 7pm. In person sessions available Tuesdays & Wednesday. All sessions are pay as you go.
How many sessions will I need?
Sessions are most therapeutically effective weekly or fortnightly, but you can choose monthly too. The amount of sessions needed is individual to you.
How does Online Therapy work?
Online sessions are a convenient way to access support via Microsoft Teams. You will need a quiet, private space & access to a reliable internet connection.
Face to Face sessions
Counselling in a private cosy room, in a quiet village of Wheldrake, between York & Selby off the A19 with free parking, toilet facilities & a complimentary cuppa.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Available to book in York or Skipwith, combining counselling with the outdoors. Available April until October. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome.

Person centred therapy can help explore and understand your thoughts and feelings in a safe non judgmental space such as support with chronic illness, anxiety, stress, low mood, anger, family or relationship issues, a lack of purpose, change, grief, pet loss, domestic & sexual abuse, low self esteem or bullying
Who is the service for?
Adults aged 18+ in the UK. Languages spoken: English.
