I am a fully qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and registered with the BACP (no 411413), ICO and DBS checked,
I set up my private therapy practice in 2024 offering online and in person sessions to adults aged 18 and over in the UK. I work using a trauma-informed, person centred approach. My specialist areas are chronic illness, change and loss.
Prior to being a counsellor, I have over 20 years working in the charity sector supporting and advocating adults, carers and children with chronic illness. Since qualifying as a counsellor I have experience working with various reputable counselling providers and charities UK wide, supporting people with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, self esteem, trauma and abuse. I also work with adults living with many different health issues such as sight loss, respiratory issues, cancer, digestive disorders, autoimmune and skin conditions.
